		<description>Wow - that&#039;s scary stuff.  I almost don&#039;t think it matters whether it&#039;s caffeine or drugs so much as people think it&#039;s okay to use them to support their studying. This tiredness is the body&#039;s way of telling you something, it&#039;s telling you to slow down.  There are natural alternatives (including food) to help you stay alert AND well.  Don&#039;t forget that as you come down off the high of the drugs or caffeine you&#039;ll crash down really low ... and that&#039;s not healthy at all.</description>
